The annual Conference on the Royal Pharmaceutical Society will be held on from Sunday 11th - Monday 12th September 2011in Goldsmiths, University of London. The theme of the Conference will be 'Ensuring effective teamworking and collaboration with patients and professionals' It will cover topics such as how pharmacists can collaborate with patients and their families and carers to deliver the healthcare they need, as well as providing practical advice and case studies.
